Unhappy Client

Hi I'd like to report "Renault Fountain" I bought the car from them 6 months ago and it was missing a spare key and a board that goes in the boot, I was told that the stuff had been ordered from Nissan and it will be sent to me within a week after I took the car. It's been 6 months now and I want my stuff.... I bought the car from Victor Mulaudzi Please help
