Unfair Treatment.

After almost a Month of trying my car fixed with Renault there was one weekend I desperately needed a loan car as they were still working on my one unfortunately that car was involved in an accident. I reported the matter but it took them a Month to look at them,until they realised the documents sent are not all they wanted. I went and paid for my car to be released they took the Money but now they refusing to give it to me. Im now paying for the second time even though my car wasn't 100% even in the first place but I had no choice because they wouldn't give it to me without paying. they then gave me another courtesy car which they came and took it without my knowledge at work. but they refusing to give me my one. I never said am not going to pay their money but what is funny on the phone they swear at me while am quite and humble trying to work on a solution. They not responding to my emails and they told me I wont get my car. Isn't that I must agree with them on how to pay them instead of taking my car?
