Unfair practice

I bought a Renault Clio 4 at Menlyn Renault, 2014. Within 6months I took it for service. I specifically reported that the car had an unpleasant engine sound and the brake pads also sounded like they are completely finished. With that service, I was given a feedback that my brake-pads were 70% plus, still new and will not be replaced. I asked for a brake-pads replacement and mentioned that I will pay for that service. At the time I was refused that request and informed that should I do it anyway, any where, I will lose my warranty.I was told that the brake-pads of that specific model are sensitive to dust and will always make that kind of noise and it does not imply that they need to be replaced. A few weeks after that service I returned to Renault Menlyn with the same complaint and got the same feedback. I then drove on with that sound until this Wednesday 10th July when I booked the car for second service. My first query was for them to look at brake pads and replace them. This time I took the car to Renault Hatfield because I was tired of the poor service at Menlyn. I was informed at Hatfield that my brake-pads were long finished and the disc is messed up.I paid 2000.60. Pls HELP
