Undermining the right of customer

I took my car in May to this dealership and till today my car is not fixed. Yesterday they told to come and collect my car. When I phoned them this morning they told me that they are holding my car at ransom because there were damages on their loan vehicle. They actually called armed response security to came and remove me from their premises. They ashamed me in front of their customers and staff.
