UNBELIEVABLE!!!

<p>I bought a Renault Sandero last year November with Renault Cape Town which now operates as Renault Paarden Eilends and to this day I still DO NOT have my spare key. I have been asking for my spare key since I bought the car and the Renault sales person who sold me the car initially flat out just ignored me and later started responding but never gave me my key at all. Renault has made it my responsibility as a customer to locate my keys and they have sent me off on a wild goose chase. Finally, they have now stopped respoding to my emails period. I am utterly disappointed and far from thrilled with their service, having no spare key gives one a terrible feeling because should I loose my keys I'm completely doomed. I expect Renault to act promptly and deliver my spare keys before anything unfortunate happens. </p>
