Unacceptable service

<p>My Scenic's keycard was not working so I had to order a new one which I did on 15 August 2016 at Renault The Glen. I was told it takes 21 workinG days and even though I find that ridiculous I paid and left. Today a month later I still don't have the key and found out they only ordered it nearly a month later on September 9th....this is unacceptable!!!!</p>
