Unacceptable Service

I took my car in for a 30 000 km service on 25 August 2017 , there was a s****ping sound coming from the car they said they would repair the brake pads and break disks,they then told us there was no stock of the break disks and they would call us to let us know Now the car is giving the same sounds and problem and they are telling me the service plan does not cover it due to it being passed the 30 000 km service time, which I was in time for!!! Also to my surprise since they know it's going to be from my pocket, the parts came the next day
