Unable to find their Stock

<p>My Car a Renault Megane went in for repairs at the Panel Beater on 9 May 2016.</p> <p>They ordered the parts needed from a third party retailer who orders parts direct from the Manufacturers Factory for all major brands.The part was ordered from Renault Factory on the 9th of May 2016.</p> <p>In this case Renault part in question being a Passenger side Fender. They said they have 31 in stock.</p> <p>When was not delivered on time Renault were contacted and asked where the Fender is as they said they have 31 in stock only to be told that all 31 was damaged.</p> <p>Between the 16th of May 2016 and 30th of May 2016 Renault took stock and again confirmed 31 in stock.</p> <p>The third party then ask them to take pictures of the damaged fenders and sent the pictures with the idea to find one with fixable damage as it was to be delivered to a Panel Beater who agreed that they could fix one with minimum damage.</p> <p>At this point Renault changed their story to they can't find them although stock of 31 still shows on the system after a week of taking stock between again between the 16th of May 2016 and 30th of May 2016</p> <p>The part was finally ordered by Renault SA from France on the 30th of May 2016 with an ETA of 10 to 14 days.</p> <p>Today 8th of June I contacted Renault Head office Customer service and they checked the WIP Renault S.A: 11363 number and said the part is on the way with an ETA of the 15th of May 2016 which means that the Panel Beater will only be able to start working on my car maybe on the 17th of May 2016.</p> <p>Me as the customer still waiting for my car to be fixed after almost a month and the rental car provided as part of my insurance have to go back on the 8th of June with an eta of the part delivery on the 15th of June 2016 will now have to pay the car rent out of my pocket because of Renaults bad service.</p> <p>If they ordered the part from France in the first place on the 9th or 10th of May my car would have been repaired by now.</p>
