Two Debit Orders From Sold Vehicle

<p>I had purchased a Renult Clio from Renault Centurion with a trade in. The first month after I had purchased the vehicle a debit order from the previous vehicle went off my account due to shoddy admin for the settlement from the dealer. After speaking to the dealership they promise they would have it sorted and would refund me but still have not managed to process the refund. A month later two debit orders went off, one for the previous vehicle and one for the new one. I am now at their branch demanding my money back and furious. No resolution yet, I am being promised that it will be sorted. I have requested their pomises in writing and I am being given fuel for the time spent going to and from their branch. If I could go back in time I would not have bought my car through them. Its been a nightmare. Do not use this dealership!</p>
