"TURN STEERING WHEEL + START" RENAULT CAPTUR

I bought a Renault Captur 2020 model in September 2020 at Punetown Renault by a dealer Siboniso Hlela. On the 14th of December same year the car wouldn't start, it wrote "TURN STEERING WHEEL + START" It was towed and got it back January the following year. Drove the car on 14 June 2021 the car won't start after parking it when I came back it displayed the same message "TURN STEERING WHEEL + START" They towed the car again, came back after a month, this time they gave me a hired car. On the 16th of January 2022 parked the car when I returned it displayed the same message "TURN STEERING WHEEL + START" They towed it and got it back on the 11th of February 2022. Today on the 19th of February 2022 I went to Shelly centre, parked the car when I came back from the shopping spree the car won't start its displaying the same message "TURN STEERING WHEEL + START" I'm waiting for it to be towed. Can @RenaultSA please interven, clearly there's a deeper problem with the car and its unreliable now.
