Turbo part replacement not being covered by Warranty

I had taken my car in for service for 75000 Kms. My turbo had been locked out just before. The service center informed me the turbo needed to be replaced. Renault Warranty would not cover this due to 60000 service not being done. I am being penalized just on this matter alone. I am expected to pay an amount of approximately R34000 just for this turbo replacement. Not replacing a major component due to one service not being done does not give a very good impression, let alone leave me as the customer stranded on this. Definitely will not be looking at a Renault going forward when it comes to buying a new car, endless issues and expensive repairs is all I have experienced.
