Traded the car in but still paying the bank

I have traded the car in April to buy a demo car in centurion dealership, until this day I'm still being debited by the bank because my account was not settled as the dealership promised to. When I call the bank, I'm told I still own the car, when I call the dealer they tell me they will call me back with full information but never does, and now dealer doesn't refund me back my money. What a disgrace, there is no decency to even communicate with me. Even worse up to today, I have not received spare key for my car, no SD card for the so called promised build in navigation system.I have been patient with them but I have a negative bank balance at the bank all because of this, 2 consecutive months paying for a car I don't own. They are not treating people fairly at all
