Trade in vehicle

In July 2014 I traded in my black Renault Megane into Paarden Eiland Renault to buy a new brown Renault Clio. 3months later I received 2 fines but when I viewed the pics it was the Black Megane which I traded in 3 months before. A few months later I received more fines again the black Megane which I traded into Renault. Renault paid all fines and reassured me that the vehicle was no longer on my name. It is now almost 11 months after I bought my new vehicle and traded in the black megane. So to my surprise when I received 4 more fines. I took off 1/2 day from work to view fines at traffic department to realize that there is a Black Megane still driving around with the same registration no. as mine. I really cannot explain how deeply disgusted and disappointed I am with Renault Paarden Eiland. I will not purchase from or recommend Renault, because it seems that they cannot get their admin right. I am left with a huge problem and will take it further.
