Tired of empty promises by Renault

<p>Dear Renault SA</p> <p>I have been telling you that I am going to write about you on Hello Peter but you did not listen!</p> <p>You have been promising to give me a courtesy car since "the part that you ordered for my car is going to take 21 working days to arrive in SA from France", which is about a month or so.</p> <p>I've been walking for the past two weeks and today I was supposed to get the courtesy car that you guys promised but when I call you; you are telling me that you cannot give it to me since the part is now in South Africa. Is it fair for a customer to not have a car for two weeks and to not be given a courtesy car and be told stories? With all due respect; I need a car today, as in like now! I am really tired of your empty promises.</p>
