It was replaced a few months ago and now it is faulty again. The claim is approved again and now I must pay R1000 deposit. The previous time I drive 160 km and get there and it was the wrong part,so I had to drive back and again when the right part arrive. Why must I pay the deposit? Still a thought I have the back up of Renault SA. In short I must advertise that there is no back up from Renault Sa when you buy there products. I wanted to upgrade to a Duster but now I now where I stand.
