they refuse to take back the faulty car sold t me

Painful experience with the 2015 Renault sport!!<br> <br> I reported to Rozane - sales lady that the car was dysfunctional, also escalated to branch sales manager - who ignored me (calls and emails) + when I went to him he shouted at me and told me to report him to whomever I chose. Escalated to the dealer principal too whereas the MD f renaultsa never responded - his PA only 'acknowledged' my emails!<br> <br> Michelle - dealer principal - Renault Alberton advised me that they won't release me from the sale contract/ permanently recall the car as it has a full factory warranty and there's nothing faulty with the it but I still have to book it in for another check...on top of the week I had spent taking it to them for inspections!!!<br> <br> the car is at 15000km but the service indicator never came on at 14000km and it's still not on, the tyre pressure was only correct after the car was at the workshop for 2days, never thereafter. Fortunately the injection system problem was resolved. <br> <br> I'm disappointed and frustrated on the arrogance of the product seller/owner who is not considerate of my time that has already been wasted trying to resolve the endless faults that keep popping up.
