They put permanent scratches on my car!! And gave me the worse service

Probably this is just use as a platform to share experiences these companies would care nothing about our reviews.. Anyway went to Renault Centurion to drop my car for a service, when I came back to fetch the car it had scratches like someone was scrabing the car with sandpaper, it was just to obvious to the eye that those marks where still fresh, I then spoke to the lady that was assisting me to show her the scratches on the car, spoke to the service manager who had an attitude and told me they can't take responsibility of any thing cause I signed that they would work on the car.. And he just rubbed it out with Policesh to cover his back.. We called the guy that did the inspection in the morning without me being present as I wasn't given a chance and he said his not sure if the scratches whee there because the car was dirty when it came in which doesn't prove anything to me.. Asked for fortage and was told the cameras are only by the customer parking only and they can't zoom in to that... I left with my car with permanent scratches and was told even if I call the police they won't do anything.. - this was by the acting Gm.
