The worst customer service ever - almost 2 months into a repair and still no finality !!

Are you looking for the worst customer service there is, where they don't give a, you know what, about you as a client? The MD is untouchable - one cannot be put through to him to share the worst possible service I have ever witnessed in my 61 years on this planet. May this shocking service level go out to as many people as I can reach. Stay away folks, they are ridiculous. Specifically Renault Tokai, WC.
