The road less travelled - Renault Fourways

I have bought a Chevrolet Spark at the Renault Fourways branch on the 7th March 2019. The vehicle was advertised to have a full.service history. The Salesman ensured me that Renault will.do a full 101 check , The Sales manager guaranteed me that the service.book will also be stamped (not stamped). All sounded great , got the car as soon as I got onto the highway the steering started to rattle , a few Kms away from my destination I tried to hoot for a pedestrian that has ran across the road but no hooter at night fall I notice that the light on the left is not working. The final part is that the car got registered in my name. How did it passed the roadworthy test. Thank you Renault Fourways , I took the car back to the dealer on the 18 March and collected the car on the 21 March , surprise lights are working but still no hooter and the steering still rattles all the way home to Polokwane. The car needs attention , clutch , steering, hooter and 120k service? Thank you Renault Fourways that I had to travel 331kms for bad service.
