The Renault Promise
According to the Renault Promise, if a vehicle is immobilised through parts being unavailable a mobility solution would be provided. My vehicle has been at a dealership since Wednesday. Still awaiting for one more part. I am told only if the part is coming from France i will get a courtsey vehicle and that a courtesy vehicle will not be approved as the part is in South Africa. <br> I am only expected to get my vehicle on Monday or latest Tuesday. What should i do now.
