The lies of Carter, Renault

I bought a Renault clio, from Carter Renault in Johannesburg. When they delivered the car it was the wrong colour so in order to create a compromise he promised that Renault would buy me a rim to make up for it.. after waiting 5 months for them to respond, they let us know that they had purchased a rim that I had no say in, that it was a 16" rim and that I would have to use my 15" tires or I would need to buy them myself... this was not part of the deal! Renault has a responsibility not to lie to customers in order to make sales and when they say they will deliver they should do that. I want tires with my mags please I can't ride on rims.. please contact me on ***
