Thanks for nothing Renault.

If I could give Renault SA a 0 star rating I would. I have had my Clio IV for the past 4 years and never once was I satisfied with the service. Every time I went to have my car serviced there was always some excuse for the service or maintenance plan not to pay out. The services took hours and things were replaced on my car without my consent and I was forced to pay for it. Lodging complaints with renault are also to no avail, you get a complaint number and that's it. Never receive any feedback from them.

I loved my car but the absolutely horrible service is enough to put me off of renault FOREVER. Would never recommend it to anyone I know or anyone reading this review.
