terrible service, terrible car

so i bought a brand new triber at the end of february this year and the car started making funny noise just a few days after driving it, i took it to renault mobeni and they said renault said i drove the car on a gravel road and i damaged the fan belt and aircon belt and i had to pay for them to replace them and i did coz i was fed up with the noise. the car is suppossedly still under warranty, so after they ''fixed' the car, the soise came back again few days after and this time i had not travelled at all. so i went back and they said they are waiitng for feedback from renault, the sound has become worse and its the 3rd week of waiting now but still no call. im fed up, i wish i never bought this car at all
