Terrible service by Renault

i took my car to be checked since it was giving me a fault message, but to my surprise my car was sketched at the back and was covered with white polish which i think was put there for me not to see what had happened. i then asked the technician what had happened to my car and suggested it have been the wash bay people. i then asked the receptionist what should be done and i was told that the manager of the workshop left so i should come another day. i asked to see the dealership manager who i thought was going to be helpful of which he managed to calm me down and promised that my car would be fixed and i should bring it in the following week since he didnt have a car to borrow me while they fix mine.

the workshop manager called me the following day and told me that he is the one responsible for the workshop so all matters goes back to him as if i was wrong to take my complaint higher. i took in my car today but was turned back and was told that i will be informed when i can bring the car in because they have to make an appointment for me.

the service there was unsatisfactory and i feel like they could have communicated with me better. i will not be going back there for any type of service because of the bad experience i had.
