Terrible service and quotations sky high!

I am writing this email to reference to a used Chevrolet Spark that I came to view and apply for.

As a first time car buyer I was so excited to get a good little car. After taking it for a test drive going over paper work with you I was certain that this was the car for me. I was even more thrilled to find out that this car could be mine after getting approved by the bank.

However I realised that this would not be possible from the start of atrocious service from your fiance manager Christo Growler. From the very start his was extremely disrespectful to my mother who I bought with as she is an experienced car buyer and works in insurance. He did not greet her when we first arrived and when she asked questions he was extremely aggressive with his response. I lost all respect for him from that moment onward. We stuck through to the end and after going over all options he did not mention the best option with Standard Bank with the best interest rate out of all the banks (Wesbank and Nedbank) stating he only got that one once we were there. He also bumped my quote up by R26000! As a first time buyer there is no way I can afford half the things that he added on including the Crystal product for the windscreen which going over in the statement he printed gave him 50% commision! He gave me "advise" on how to pay off the car but gave me no consequences to those actions. I then asked for the Standard Bank (best quote for me) quotation instead he made a write up the one for Wesbank.

I was completely happy with the car however you have lost my interest due to your Financial Manager Christo Groblers horrific services.

Therefor I did NOT be purchase a car from your dealership and would strongly urge buyers to think twice before purchasing from this dealership. They have an amazing con artist!
