Terrible service

Car has booked in for two weeks still not fixed they say they cant find fault but the car still not starting. I need to relocate due to work and i can not leave my car ****m away fron where i will be domiciled. car is under warranty and i am willing to pay if required courtesy car not give i was told they will work during the night which is a lie manager from Kimberley renault is not bothered to call me.im frustrated stranded and would like renault Kimberley to take the car to Johannesburg to fixed as i cannot understand why im not being helped. I called customer complaint im still waiting.terrible service
