Terrible Service

my name is Gloria Fynn, last year i bought a car from Renault Fountains and i was assisted by Jurrie throughout the process. After i had completed all the paper work i was promised that i was going to be emailed all the documents i had signed. i have sent Jurrie numerous emails from last year requesting those documents but to date i have not received anything.<br> in May my disc expired, when i went to the post office to renew it i was told that its still valid until November this year but the one i have on the vehicle was valid until May, to my surprise i was told that the inspection of the vehicle was not done and i remember very well Jurrie telling me that the car was inspected. Now im sitting here with the problem of not having any documentation that proves the purchase of this car, i cant obtain the correct disc because the inspection is outstanding. <br> i tried the whole of last week to get hold of Jurrie but he was not taking my calls, i had to drive to Renault Fountains with the same car that is not roadworthy, does not have a disc putting myself at risk with the law. When i got there he told me that it is not his problem its traffic department and i must sort it out with them
