Terrible service

We purchased a vehicle from Renault Centurion in february, we traded our other car in as a trade in. When we received our vehicle we didnt notice at first that the licence disk was already expired august last year. A few months had gone by and I called them to also ask what about the faults which they said they will fix and the front window to be done for that new manner which makes water just glide off. after numerous emails and emails to the guy who sold the car to us and his manager nobody came back to us. The manager there said that we should have known that there was fines outstanding on the old vehicle thats why they didnt issue a new disk. We heard from another branch dealer that it was Centurions duty to tell us that because we were anaware. After eventually giving up I called head office and spoke to a guy there that said he will follow up with them. Untill this day nothing has been sorted out! We have never seen such bad service from a car dealer. And now we have to put the car through the test and everything due to a dealer being useless!
