Terrible Feedback.

Our Duster has now been with Renault Franchise for a total of 24 working days days ( 13 day @ Tokai & 11 @Tygerberg Multi franchises). In short Renault Tokai could not locate/resolve the problem and their feedback keeping customer informed left much to be desired.I addressed this issue in an email to Tokai cutomer service/complaints section, and response by all "Hierachy" was just an apology, as the situation wrt the abovementioned, still remains unchanged, Renault Tygerberg is exactly the same. I phoned them on 19/01/2018, they told me the problem was apparently "leaking Turbo", on 23/01/2018, response was we are stripping the car, call on 29/01/2018 " person is busy, left a msg for them to contact us, none received to date, today 01/02/2018, " Person busy, can they get back to us" Where does this all end/ Why can Renault not provide their customers with updates/feedback on the status of their car in for repairs under warranty, after all we have now been without our Duster for more than a month now, and although grateful for a tiny Kwid as a courtesy car, in the meantime, as from 10/01/2018, to date, it is causing discomfort and inconvenience for our family of 5 persons (That's why we bought a Duster). I feel I am quite entitled to enquire as to status of my Duster, and Renault is then obliged to inform me accordingly. " We will get back to you/keep you updated, with an update" and then 10 days later still nothing ????????? It is unprofessional and shoddy customer care, and the expectation from the customer is that Renault get their act together and take ACTION to rectify such situations. The inability from Renault side, to act/resolve also leads to frustrations and uncalled time and money wasting(I call Renault from Beirut) actions that lead to bad publicity for Renault and dissatisfied customers who will eventually desert abandon the Renault brand.
