Terrible customer service from Renault

Called Renault towing service to come get my car this morning. They called me back stating there is a problem with the car warranty. It's a 2018 model. I called again..... Said they will get back to me.... It's 12h22 midday. Guess what still no call. Renault truly has the worst service ever....
