Terrible Brand and Service

Terrible vehicle and ********** service. Have a Clio 900cc Dynamic for 4 years and have never been satisfied with the vehicle or the service. The aircon worked for less then a few months and the technicians could never find a fault. The Media Nav had to be replaced within 2 years and the new one still does not work correctly. The service staff never give feedback, are really ever friendly and don’t know what the correct procedures are. My gearbox was faulty so I took the car in to be checked but the technician “never” found a fault and the and the service manager never assisted. Now the gearbox is completely gone only after 6days of the report and “ok” from Renault service dept. They now also refuse to replace under any warrenty or service incompetence.
