Terrible and rude service

I recently bought a Clio and needed to get new number plates as the previous owner was from a different province. I called Renault Hatfield on Friday 27 March and spoke to someone in Renault Parts and was told that the holders would cost R150 for the set and that they would not charge me to install. I called again today at 10:40am to confirm whether I can bring the car in. I was passed from Johan to the workshop, then back to Johan, then back to the workshop, without anyone even asking me why I am being transferred so many times. Eventually the lady in the workshop spoke to me. She was so rude and insisted I must pay R570 above the R150 for installation. She had asked me if I spoke to the \Indian or White guy"and then put me on hold to inquire. To which I was told that I NEVER spoke to anyone on Friday. She was utterly rude. For a family that has collectively owned 6 Renaults"
