Terribke service

Absolutely disgusting service from reanult CENTURION. Took my car for its 15000 service, firstly we never ever recieved a spare car for my car this was promised to us by a salesman in JUNE already, secobdly we were given a brand new car with bubbles in the smash and grab..once again promises were made for it to be fixed with the first service. I go to fetch my car now and NOTHING about either of these above issues were sorted out. I am appalled with the service from Renault. And would not recommend the brand to anyone ever! I will also be sending this to the local newspapers in hopes that the centurion branch can ' catch a wake up'. Very disgruntled customer!!!!
