Take back your car

Renault are *******s , bought my car 6 months ago and had to change the break pads at 8000kms they said it's my negligence, so I paid and now I have the same problem the brakes are making a huge noise. On top of that my bluetooth on my radio doesn't work and my steering doesn't lock , so why should I continue paying for this car. Remember brakes are made for stopping the car it's supposed to be strong how am I negligent?
