<p>Very disappointed by Renault in tokai. My aircon pump needs replacing after four years, which should be done free of charge as it falls within the 5 year warranty.</p> <p> </p> <p>They won't do it because I've had my car serviced at another reputable garage with qualified mechanics for half the price they charge. So because another garage has changed a bit of fluid here and there they now refuse to take responsibility. It's pathetic!!! There should be a law against this type of practice. </p>
