such bad service from renault and fm auto

my uncle took his renault kwid to fm auto.to get repaired they said it would take 2 weeks he has veen waiting over a month now as they are still waiting for a part from renault wich is ridiculous that it takes this amount of time no courtesy car was offered and he had to ask wich he has been struggling for almost a week with now the excess is and absurd amount and the service from renault appaling and slow the service as fm auto.had also been very slow and not of very much help ge is very dissapionted in renaults service its not been good at all
