Stuck without transport

I am client that took in my car for a service on the 20 March 2015, prior to that i had called on the 13 march 2015 to book the appointed and told the lady that I worked in Perseverance,
I was told the shuttle service did not go to this particular area but a plan would be made to ensure I got to work and returned on the day.
Today i am frustrated at the fact that I am stuck at work because i have not ''organized transportation to fetch my car'' ( i was assured I'd be fetched), alternatively a driver will bring the car to me and I will have to drive him back to the Renault dealer ( In the opposite direction of my destination).
In the morning of the incident i informed the lady I was in a rush and would leave town after my car was returned to me.
Now i am told if I do not agree with their terms then I will basically not have a car.
Upon purchasing of my vehicle I was never informed that the shuttle does not go to Perseverance.
What happened to valuing your customers and Transparency? This sort of treatment is definitely not making me happy.
To top it all off, what about my petrol? who is going to pay for those kilometers driving back their driver?.
Why is Renault not flexible?
