<p>29/10/2016 I took my car for a service at Renault in Midrand.</p> <p>I was under the impression that i had taken everything out of the car.</p> <p>To my surprise, i had forgotten my cellphone in the drivers side door pocket.</p> <p>Since it was a saturdayand the dealership closes at 12, i arrived 15mins late, in a rush, grabbed the keys and drove off.</p> <p>When i got home, my cellphone was nowhere to be found.</p> <p>When i called the dealership on Monday morning, they delightfully shared how they were not liable for lost belongings left in the car.</p> <p>This is a clear case of theft, this game of finders-keepers they play with our possessions is unacceptable.</p> <p>Im deeply disappointed with this dealership.</p>
