Still NO FEEDBACK what so ever on my 1st complaint

It has been almost 48hours since my last report. And they have told me that they would get back to me within 24Hours. again I have to mail and contact them to find out what the **** is going on and what the status is. Car has been with them now for a full 3 weeks without being fixed and with me being stranded with no car to drive
