I would like to applaud the service received from a Gentlemen named Steven at the Renault wood mead service department.

I have never in my experience with Renault received such warmth after 1-5 months being with them,i got used to their bad service to a point where I don't complain anymore its just not helping,i wasn't sure if this was because i'm driving one of their cheapest cars.

I was really at a point of hating Renault but now I’m even thinking of trading in to Renault Cleo.

Please give that man a Bonus, I mean a Bells.
