The dealer reps (Monsurio Mallum & Thelma) sat on my finance application for a month and a half giving me the run around on how they were negotiating the best deal for me with Wesbank. They claimed my finance application was approved and was being held up by the bank. I called repeatedly to check on the progress (they will never bother to call or email you on this - they just don’t give a damn) and all was said to be on track until I called after a month and a half and they told me that they had cancelled my application.

No notice was given to me at all and I had to call them for them to tell me this. That is how much they do not care

Do not waste your time on this dealer. Do not waste your time with Renault. They will just treat you like ****.
