Stay away from Renault Paarden Eiland

I have no issue with the cars, but the absolutely pathetic service from Renault Paarden Eiland. After countless bad encounters with service representatives and lack of feedback, it's unfortunately the people doing a disservice to a brand I actually like and am willing to support. More than a week has passed since my service - I was promised follow up regarding a broken air vent in my Duster. No-one has phoned me RE this part, or followed up as to ordering one. How can you operate by making empty promises? The service manager puts blame on the temporary front desk staff, but after 2 services over two months, and the services gets worse? Come on!
