STAY AWAY FROM RENAULT

it does not seem as if Renault cares about its customers since the car manufacturer has failed to respond to many of the complaints listed here. i am still awaiting for parts for my Renault and it is now been over 30 days. I call the customer care line but the agents are so rude and unhelpful. Pathetic service.
