Spare parts late

I have placed orders for my break pads and disks. It has been a month now since I paid a R2000 deposit to place an order. I called Woodmead branch where I placed my order, they cant even give me a date of when my parts will arrive. I am so disappointed with the service, and wish I never bought a Reanault megan3. I have heard that it can even take 3 months for my parts to arrive. I try call daily to enquirer of the date when will the parts arrive. No one will give me an answer. It is so disappointing that such a classy car can not have parts and currently I am so upset and wont have anything good to say about people wanting to buy the Renault Cars. Please assist so that I can get my parts. I hate the fact that I cant use my car as my job depends on it.
