Spare Key

It's been a good 5 months without receiving my spare key, I purchased my car last year November and did not receive all that was due to me at first hand. When I got the car, Service Book, Manual and Spare Keys were not part of it. However I have since received the Manual and Service History Document (Apparently books are not given out anymore due to *****, this was mentioned by Johan at this dealership). <br> <br> The other thing which I really need is the spare key to my car, I'm unhappy about the \No Feedback or Follow Up\" I'm getting from the dealer, I since went to see if one of the keys they had belonged to my car but unfortunately it wasn't. There will come a point in time where I'll need my spare key and by the looks of things it seems like I will never get it since neither Mike nor Johan are calling to give me an update.<br> <br> We are quick to make sales to consumers and everyone will treat you with a smile during this process, but once the car leaves the dealership all love is lost. :( <br> <br> I'd like this matter attended to urgently"
