So sorry that I bought a Renault :-(

I have had endless problems with my new Renault Captur. It has 16 000 km's on the clock. In this time, the radio had to be replaced, wheels repaired, computer resets were done 4 times to try and improve the fuel efficiency, which is no where near the advertised efficiency and now the gearbox is faulty. I complained when they phoned me for the 15k service review. No response.

I sent a formal complaint on the website yesterday morning this time and have still not even received an acknowledgement of my complaint.
