So disappointed in Renault South and Renault Durban South!

Hello Renault South Africa! My exhaust pipe is broken after 3 years. It was brand new when i bought it! And now Renault won't repair it because apparently the exhaust pipe is only covered for 3 years! How does an exhaust pipe break after 3 years???? Extremely disappointed! Will never buy a Renault again!
