So disappointed

Good morning, I just want to write something on here as I am very disappointed at the renault sandero we have gotten. We purchased a secondhand car from Renault in Quigney and to be honest it has been the worse move that we have made. When we got the car we were happy but things started to go wrong with the car. First thing is that we never received a car book and the license disk wasn't up to date and we had to get the dealership to sort that out but we never got the car book in the end we only got the service book. When we took the car to get service in 2022 we got told that this car was in a accident before we got the car and the person that sold the car to us did not disclosure that to us which is 100% wrong. Now that we are unhappy with the car we are now trying to trade the car in to get a different car and we are only getting offered R40 000.00 for the car which is horrible as that won't settle the settlement. Myself and my husband are so angry as we thought that this car will be the best thing to get considering that we have a little one in the car with us. We have had to pay in so much to get this car fixed and we just unhappy with this car and that the person didn't tell us that this car was in a accident. On another note that we haven't even had the car for 3 year yet and now we have to pay to get the radio also fixed as it has stopped working after having the car for 2 years. We got this car in August 2021.
