SIS ON YOU RENAULT

SIS ON YOU RENAULT !!!! My mother is a pharmacy worker. She is 61 and on the front line of the Covid battle with all other medical field staff. Her Renault Sandero which has only 12 000 km's had it's starter fail in the middle of lock down. Prior to the lock down at the last service we told the service center there was a problem with the starter and they said there was not. After one hell of a battle we got the vehicle to a dealer and it has been there for 2 weeks now - they do not have the part to repair the starter - A WELL KNOWN PROBLEM WITH SANDERO'S - they can order it but it will take at least 21 days !! and guess what - NO COURTESY CAR !!!! Renault has basically given my mom who at 61 returned to work to help with this pandemic a middle finger - she needs to run around to arrange to get to the pharmacy over and above all her other stress !! SIS ON YOU RENAULT !!!! You obviously do not care !
