Shockingly bad experience at Renault Edenvale Route24

Shockingly bad experience. I requested a top mount of the shock for the driver side(Right hand side) last week and they gave me a left hand side one instead. I even specified it's for the driver side and the fact that the employees don't know where the driver side is really worries me. I've waited a week after they ordered the correct part, and when it arrived it was the wrong one AGAIN. I have to bring it back again and the employee at parts department told me it's not their fault. I've spent thousands of extra cost because they failed to provide me with the part I requested and paid for. Terrible attitude by the employees, no working ethics at all. I would suggest avoid this place at all cost.
